Who I Work With

Buyers & Investors Who Want Peace of Mind.

I specialize in helping:

What You Get

Personalized Guidance from Search to Closing.

Custom property listings matched to your criteria and investment goals.
Clear education on neighborhoods, HOAs, schools, rental rules, and local trends.
Expert deal analysis and negotiation so you don’t overpay.
Step-by-step support from contract to keys, including trusted local partners.

How It Works

Three Simple Steps to Move or Invest with Confidence.

Whether you’re across town or across the country, I make the process simple, transparent, and organized.

01

Step One

Schedule a Discovery Call

We talk about your goals, budget, timeline, and what “success” looks like for you.

02

Step two

Receive Curated Listings

I hand-pick properties that match your criteria and send videos, walk-throughs, and data.

03

Step Three

Close with Confidence

I negotiate on your behalf and guide you through inspections, financing, and closing.

What You Get

Buying from Far Away? I’ve Got You.

Most of my clients are relocating or investing from another state. That means I’m used to working around busy schedules, time zones, and the stress of buying a home you can’t always visit in person.

I act as your eyes and ears on the ground in Myrtle Beach Real Estate—coordinating showings, recording walk-through videos, and connecting you with trusted lenders, inspectors, and property managers.

Investors

Smart Numbers. Smart Decisions.

For investors, returns matter. I help you understand projected income, expenses, and HOA rules so your investment matches your goals—whether that’s cash flow, appreciation, or a vacation home that pays for itself.

I’ll walk you through rental potential, local regulations, and realistic scenarios so you can move forward with a clear plan.
